The reception of raw-material is strongly verified in detail, assuring the product’s integrity, submitted to the HACCP rules, followed by the competent storage.

Then, magic happens: the making of the fillings. At this stage, we use unique and secret recipes, always respecting a thoughtful process of right proceedings and careful treatment of raw-material, which will result on the texture and final flavour intended. We conclude this process with a decrease of temperatures that allow better conditions to the assembly of the product, also granting its food security, avoiding the development of bacteria.

Good filling demands a good dough. At Facasal, we grant a cracking dough with a smooth filling.

 

Actually, real magic happens at the moment of assembling the product, on a completely handmade process.

 

After being assembled, products go through a process of quick deep-freezing, then follows the stage of packaging. Packaging is made according to its finality (in bulk to stock or in a commercial package according to the client’s demanding) and next, the product is stored in freezing until the moment of despatching.

Despatch and distribution constitute the peak of the hole process. Distribution is done in an adequate vehicle, prepared to the conserving under negative temperatures, until it arrives to the client.
